The electronic ticket

What is the electronic ticket?

It’s a booking system which eliminates the traditional paper ticket. Every information about the flight will be automatically uploaded in the system, the only document you’ll need is a “Travel certificate” with every detail. Booking and paying procedures are the same of a traditional ticket. You can therefore check in with or without the “travel certificate”. An official identity document (allowing you to travel abroad) is requested as well.

Without a ticket ,how can I be sure that my booking is correct?

The “Travel certificate” which you own is the confirmation of your flight; therefore you do not need a traditional ticket.

What’s the advantage of using an e-ticket instead of a traditional ticket?

First of all a real ticket might be stolen, lost or forgotten. It’s a safer way to book, because all procedures, from the booking to the boarding, are faster and more practical.

Are procedures for e-ticket and traditional ticket the same?

No, they aren’t. An e-ticket records every flight information inside a data bank system on www.flywithus.it. You can go straight to the check in if the flight information was recorded in the system. Traditional tickets can be bought only in some authorized travel agencies.

Where can I buy an e-ticket?

You can buy your own e-ticket in every travel agency or on the web, thanks to www.flywithus.it.

How can I buy an e-ticket?

Just click on the website www.flywithus.it and search for the option “Buy your ticket”

What about the waiting list?

The waiting list is automatic, it follows the booking date, the kind of ticket, and other criteria. A booking confirmation will be given to all passengers on the list before the flight date. If there is no confirmation, passengers cannot leave.

How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

You can contact your agency (where you previously booked your flight), otherwise a confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail. For any further information, please contact our Customer’s service (assistenzaclienti@flypgs.it).

What are the Graded Fares?

Classical fares refer to a specific fare group, where different fares have been determined by different criteria, including flight and/or booking dates.

Will I be informed in case of flight cancellation or delay?

Of curse you will. You’ll be informed about any modify concerning your flight at the contacts you gave us (telephone or e-mails) during your booking. If necessary, we’ll give you further opportunities.

Is it possible to book for groups via Internet?

In order to book a group flight, please contact your agency or send an e-mail to: programming@flypgs.it

What is a “group booking”?

A group booking is a collective booking for 10 passengers or more

Can I book on line on www.flywithus.it and buy the ticket later?

At the moment of your reservation our system will ask you for the payment. If you pay with credit card, the payment will be automatically charged on your card after the booking confirmation. If your book is in a waiting list, your credit card will be used as guaranty; in this case the payment will be charged on your card only after the confirmation of your booking. If you pay with a bank transfer or a postal order, the reservation will stay in a waiting status for???????????????? until we get a copy of your ?????????????? proving that the payment has been successfully made.

How many days in advance can I buy my e-ticket?

Our on line booking system will be operated until the flight departure time. All procedures of ticket booking must be fulfilled before the departure. You are requested to check in 45 minutes(international flights), or 30 minutes (domestic flights) before the departure. Our company has the right to deny the boarding if the passenger comes too late.

Can I book my return flight on the web site?

Yes you can. You can book the return flight clicking on the option ”Buy ticket” and then “Return ticket”.

How can I book and pay a ticket on the web for different destinations?

After choosing the airport for your departure, you can select the airport of the last destination. If you have to stop over at a different airport, your (single) ticket will automatically show all the connections.

For how many passengers can I buy an e-ticket ?

Every reservation on the web can be made for 9 people at the most (including adults and children).

Is it possible to draw an e-ticket for children and babies?

Yes it is.

Can I see the details of my reservation on the web site?

You can check every detail of your booking anytime: just log in and give your password.

Can I use the web site to check the details of a ticket bought in a travel agency?

No you cannot, you can just check the details of an on-line booking.

Can I book just temporarily on the web site?

No you cannot. (see number 14 for any further information)

Do I need to re-confirm my reservation?

No, you don’t. Every paid reservation is automatically confirmed.

Can I use the website www.flywithus.it to change time and destination on the e-ticket that I bought on www.flywithus.it?

Will the ticket cost be immediately charged on my credit card?

In order to have information about your ticket, please check the details concerning your credit card in our system www.flywithus.it. The cost will be charged on your credit card.

When I try to book on the web, my credit card is refused. Why?

Possible reasons for this refusal may be: an insufficient credit, wrong card number or wrong expiring date. Please contact your bank for any further information.

How can I go back to the booked ticket?

Different rules are applied when a modification or a cancellation of a reservation depends on the fare and on the class. For any further information, please check “Flight and package regulations”

Which credit cards are accepted?

We accept payments with Mastercard, Visa and America Express. However it is also possible to pay with a bank transfer or a postal order.

Can someone else have my ticket on my account?

The e-ticket will be given to the passenger. If the payment is made by a different person, the ticket is given to the person who made the payment.

How can I get my e-ticket?

You can find your own ticket on our web site: www.flywithus.it.

Can I travel with a ticket belonging to my child?

Every possibility to use tickets, or to change reservation or destination is given only to the person whose name is printed on the ticket. This is an international rule and it cannot be modified.

Can I book an open ticket?

No, you cannot. With our system you can just book a one way ticket or a return ticket. In this case the departure date is compulsory.

Can I have the refund of a ticket bought in an agency, or in your offices?

You can just have a refund of a ticket bought in a travel agency

If I didn’t find my e-ticket, could I travel anyway?

Every information concerning an e-ticket which has been bough on the web is automatically uploaded in our data bank. The “travel document” includes every information concerning the passenger, the payment rules and any other useful information. If you don’t find the ticket anymore, don’t worry, there is no problem.

I want to buy a e-ticket for my daughter ,who is in Istanbul at the moment, leaving from Istanbul to Trazbon. Is it possible to buy a Ticket in Trazbon when my daughter leaves from Istanbul?

You can book your flight and buy a ticket for other destinations, even if the boarding is in another airport, just give the booking number to your daughter.

I’m a minor(I’m under 18 years old). Can I travel without an adult?

A minor can travel: until 15 with a birth certificate, if this is certified by a police superintendent ( a so called pass)

Until 16, if his/her name is included in his/her parents’ pass With a personal passport, which is compulsory from the age of 16. If you travel inside the EU you just need to have a valid identity card for travelling abroad. In order to have a passport for a minor the assent of both parents (married, cohabitants, separated or divorced) is requested. They must sign the assent at public office.

A “nulla osta” by the judge is necessary if there is no assent. Children under 10 who use a personal passport must travel with their parents. For any different case the name of the person, or of an office in charge of the child’s custody must be included on the passport or on a “accompanying statement”, authorized by the person in charge of this custody, and endorsed by the office releasing the passport.

N.B. The passport for young children (under 15) is a document, generally a birth certificate, which has to be signed by a police superintendent in order to be used as a valid document. When this document is produced, the minor must be in the office. The application is available in almost every public office (Carabibieri, police etc…) and it can be delivered there.

A child (aged up to 16) can be included on the parents’ passport.

If he’s over 10 years old two of his recent pictures are compulsory too. When this document is produced, the minor must be in the office. Cohabitants with children have the same rights and duties as married couples. In this case a statement of cohabitation is requested, it can filled in by the same office where the passport is requested.

ABOARD

6.May I use a mobile phone on board (before and during the flight)?

Mobile phones are strictly forbidden, because they can influence the flight system.

6.When can I use my laptop, a CD player or a walkman?

For safety reasons it is strictly forbidden to use walkman, as well as play stations, CD player, radios, mini TV sets, DVD, VCD players or other electrical (or battery operated) tools during the take off, the landing and when the signal “Fasten your seat belts” is on.

6.May I smoke on board?

The company’s policy does not allow to smoke on flights.

Check in

6.When do I have to check in for my flight?

Check in begins 90 minutes and/or 2 hours before the scheduled departure time (for international flights).

6.When will I receive my boarding card?

Passengers must finish every boarding operation at the latest 30 minutes before departure (domestic flight) and 45 minutes before departure (international flights).

Posso fumare a bordo ?

Baggage information

15.What shall I do if my baggage has not come to the destination?

Go immediately to the Lost and Found office (in the arrivals’ hall) in order to declare your loss or damaging. You will be asked to fill in a complaint form (PIR, Property irregularity report) that you’ll have to keep with your travel documents. The lost and found office will worry about everything.

15.How much do I have to pay for the excess weight of by baggage?

The excess weight of baggage (domestic and international flights) amounts to 5 Euro extra for each extra Kilo per flight.

BABIES

Can babies be carried in the arms during the flight?

Yes, they can. Babies between 0 and 2 years can be carried in the arms.

Can babies fly just after the birth?

According to general air rules babies who are not at least one week old are not allowed to fly, not even with a parent. Babies with health problems are allowed to fly only if they have a medical certificate.

What does an adult have to do if he travels with more than one baby?

Travelling with more than one baby is not allowed.

Is it possible to bring the stroller aboard?

The stroller must be loaded together with baggage, but you don’t have to pay for it.

My baby needs an incubator during the flight: is it possible?

No, it is not.
